I recently finished this book. It mainly talks about how to care about your organs. I always believe I try to eat healthily. I don't drink alcohol and smoke. I was pretty sure that I'm healthy. But obviously, there are few things that I need to fix. for examples, I try to eat slowly to help to digest the food in my body properly. And I'm used to having bad digestion from my mother. so I really need to do that.
I just realized from reading this book. If you are not aware of anything, then you would keep having the bad habit which you have been having so long time. We are not perfect. And we don't want to be perfect it would be terrible. But If you change something in a good way. then it would change more than you expect. and the solution is always from reading book
